Before founding an international wellness platform, Fletcher spent a decade working as an actor, singer, and dancer. She logged roughly 10 years on Broadway and in major touring companies, landing roles in high-profile productions such as A Chorus Line, The Producers, and 42nd Street.
The physical and psychological toll of performing eight shows a week under bright stage lights took a severe toll. By her late twenties, Fletcher suffered from chronic insomnia, frequent performance anxiety, and physical exhaustion. She began going prematurely gray at age 26 and found herself catching recurring infections while trying to maintain grueling production schedules.
In 2008, an ensemble colleague on Broadway introduced her to a form of effortless mental rest derived from ancient Vedic traditions. Within days of practicing, Fletcher's insomnia vanished. The rapid turnaround led her to leave professional theatre entirely. She spent the next three years engaged in intensive teacher training, including extended study periods in Rishikesh, India, before returning to New York City to teach meditation to corporate executives, artists, and high performers.
