Before entering your details, please be aware that our skills pool is only for experienced drilling team members. Please observe these simple guidelines:

  • To be part of our skills pool you need at least five years of practical work experience in the roles and skills that fit your profile.
  • As a rule, you need to be someone who can actively solve problems on the oil rig or oil field without needing supervision.
  • Our Skills Pool covers a limited number of skills and job roles. If your recent job title and/or specialist skills aren’t on the list, it could be that you’re not suitable.
  • Members of our Skills Pool will be individually vetted and approved, inclusion is not automatic.
  • Successful members will receive personalised invitations for work contracts. If you’re a candidate who wants to apply for jobs, you need to register as a candidate. You’re welcome to register for the jobs pool and the skills pool if you wish.
