Legitimate KAYOU packs contain a verifiable QR code on the box security seal that links directly to the manufacturer's authentication portal. Furthermore, genuine Special Mini Edition foil cards feature micro-etched studio watermarks along the bottom border containing the Sony Pictures Animation copyright mark. If a raw card lacks clean micro-text or displays cloudy holographic film instead of crisp, layered cold-foil, it is almost certainly a modern replica. Collectors should demand high-resolution scans of card corners and surface stamps before buying unslabbed cards on the secondary market.
